The United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy
The UKCP is a membership organisation, with over 75 training and listing organisations, and over 6,600 individual practitioners that holds the national register of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors, listing those practitioner members who meet exacting standards and training requirements.

Southern Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (SAFPAC)
SAFPAC’s focus is to provide a training in critical existential-analytic psychotherapy. It is approved to provide a training that enables its successful students to go on the UPCA and United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) registers as existential-analytic psychotherapists.

Relate
Relate offers advice, relationship counselling, workshops, mediation, consultations and support face-to-face, by phone and through their website.

Samaritans
Samaritans provides confidential non-judgemental emotional support, 24 hours a day for people who are experiencing feelings of distress or despair, including those which could lead to suicide.
